The date is February 16th 1945. The Americans are poised for the attack of the Japanese controlled island Iwo Jima, after months of careful planning. The island is of great tactical importance to Allied forces, having two airfields as well as a communications base.
The Japanese forces have successfully held onto the Island utilising five bunkers situated across the island. It’s your mission to go in by foot and cripple the Japanese forces.
Gameplay Overview
Players are divided into two teams: the Allied Forces and the Axis Powers. The Allies are tasked with breaking through enemy lines to capture and destroy a series of strategically significant bunkers. The Axis team must defend these strongholds, using every tactic at their disposal, to fend off the advancing Allies.
Zone Features
- Authentic Military Setup: Experience a battlefield setting equipped with realistic bunkers, trenches, and barriers that mimic those used during World War II.
- Strategic Gameplay Elements: The zone is designed to encourage tactical planning, with numerous hiding spots and vantage points that benefit both attackers and defenders.
Game Rules
- The play area is bounded by blue boundary ropes. Players who cross these boundaries are considered eliminated and must go to the designated “dead zone,” marked by orange flags.
- Each game lasts for approximately 20 minutes. There is no re-entry to the safe zone during gameplay, so players should carry enough supplies for the duration.
- Teams alternate between playing the roles of the Allied Forces and the Axis Powers, allowing all players to experience both offensive and defensive strategies.
- Following each round, teams have the opportunity to regroup in the safe area for a brief period. This time can be used for reloading, strategic planning, and recuperation before the next game begins.
